It produces sheet metal components, weld sub-assemblies, catalytic converters, coated catalytic substrates, and steering columns for Toyota's North American Manufacturing Facilities and for export to Japan.

We are currently seeking a (Maintenance Group Leader) for our (Manufacturing/Support Maintenance) area . This is Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop Maintenance Team Leaders to effectively coordinate daily shop maintenance activities.
Supervise and coordinate major machine repairs and ensure accurate documentation of all modifications.
Report on shop maintenance KPI's daily and develop improvement plans to close GAP's .

Qualifications

Required

Bachelors Degree or equivalent Maintenance job experience.
3-5 years hands on experience with Production Equipment repairs and maintenance.
1 year TEMA maintenance standards experience.
Experience of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, Project).
2 years project management experience.
2 years supervisory experience.
2 years experience in a Team Leader role.

Preferred

Technical or maintenance certifications.
4 years automotive manufacturing or production equipment maintenance and repair experience.
2 years Toyota supervisory experience or maintenance supervisory experience.
Understanding of the Toyota Way and TPS in Practical Work experience.
TBP Panel completed and passed.
