Training Officer

An exciting opportunity has opened up for the role of Training Officer at INTRAC in Oxford, UK. INTRAC is a not-for-profit organisation working in international development and relief, dedicated to strengthening civil society through consultancies, training, programmes and research.
Training is one of INTRAC’s core services and includes; face-to-face (open) training in the UK and overseas; innovative online Blended Learning; and, tailor-made training worldwide. The Training Officer is a key post that focuses primarily on providing logistical support for the face-to-face Training, online Blended Learning and some tailor-made training programmes. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the charities and/or international development sector.
We seek an individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills. The role involves administering all face-to-face Training, and online Blended Learning courses, some tailor-made services, and also working with trainers and participants, liaising with our venue and printers, as well as marketing of our events. Experience with moodle and webinar software and other online learning technologies would be a benefit. This post also provides support when needed to INTRAC’s other services and events.
Salary: £19,500 - £22,000, depending on experience, per annum
Full time, permanent
