Technician - Tool & Die (ACHORD) Singapore

Perform a full range of factory tooling work and operates common machine tools, such as the lathe, CNC Machining (up to 5 axis), Wire- EDM machining, drill press and grinders

� Work closely with manufacturing engineering on design and manufacturability issues

� Perform dressing, polishing of Dies.

� Machine components to required specifications and quality standards

� Able to support tool room job shop.

� Able to support machining processes with hand-skills such as fitting, use of air powered tools, inspection
