Autodesk, Inc. seeks qualified professionals for the following position in San Rafael, CA:
TITLE: Sr. Technical Data Analyst
DUTIES: Understand and translate business capability needs for data quality services into system architectures and configurations for enterprise data quality solutions. These solutions consist of a variety of data quality capabilities including record matching, data profiling, data cleansing, etc. Subject matter expert for data quality operations responsible for product support, enhancement request management and full project lifecycle engagement in the delivery of new capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, project managers and business analysts within EIS utilizing these data quality standards. Lead the design, configuration, testing, release to production and support aspects of Autodesk's data quality standards. Retrieve, analyze, profile and compare data across different applications with disparate data models. Define and articulate data models in business terms using an understanding of the data needs and dependencies across different business processes. May act as project lead or data development platform lead, where responsibilities would also include overseeing and managing project teams.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics or related plus 8 years of post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience in the job offered, application programming, data analysis, technical consulting or related field. Prior experience/coursework must include: Advanced SQLDev; SQL Server; Informatica; Data Analysis, Data Modeling and Data Migration; Siebel eScript; Siebel EIM; Unix Shell Scripting; Oracle UCM Dev
