Salary: £16,399 per annum (pro-rata)
Location: Bolton
Contract: Permanent

Requirements: We are currently looking for a post of Shop Supervisor at our Islamic Relief Charity Shop in Bolton, North West who will be responsible for the supervision and management of the shop, staff and volunteers.
The post holder will be ultimately responsible for the day to day running, safety and success of the shop.
The duties will include meeting sale targets, all admin, sorting clothes, supervising & supporting staff and volunteers, ensuring the shop is kept clean, presentable and safe
The successful candidate must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, be accurate with figures, ability to work under pressure, team lead, work on own initiative, be computer literate, friendly & approachable, together with the willingness to be very flexible.. Retail experience is essential.
Multi lingual is a great advantage.
