Description

• Should have an optimization experience of 3+ years in the field of Huawei Radio network optimization/design.
• Must have optimization knowledge of Huawei BSS
• Must be a team player with good communication skills.
• Must have customer handling experience as extensive customer interaction will be required
• Must have a through understanding of Ericsson features and portfolio in reference to Network Performance and optimization.
• Should have a indepth knowledte about Network Design as well
• Should be able to Identify faults and troubleshoot these, according to a set of defined alternatives, and apply standard resolving processes in the network.
• Develop and design customized solutions, end user application, methods, tools and scripts/features within a defined framework and in accordance to customer requirements.
• Plan, design, configure, integrate, and optimise the network based on the customers' requirements on the technical functionality.
• When applicable, identify add on sales opportunities and address the opportunities to the appropriate function within Ericsson.
• Must have understanding of the complete Radio Network Design and optimization Lifecycle.
• Knoweledge of presales , RFP participation , solution preparation etc
• Knowledge of IP and its usage in GSM RAN

Qualifications

Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (telecom) OR

1-2 years academic studies combined with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

· At least 3 years of relevant service delivery experience.

· Good service portfolio knowledge and experience in the relevant competence Domain
