Description
- Remote and Local support to delivery of projects requiring technical expertise in 2G/3G & LTE networks
- knowledge on Access NW Performance Analysis.
- Focus in new technologies.
- Generation of documentation, guidelines and Work Instructions.
- Transfer the competence needed via coaching and OJT.
- Providing technical requirements specifications.
Qualifications
Engineering degree in Telecommunications or Electronics
- High expertise in the Access/Transport (competence in at least one of the following: Design, Integration,Tuning, Optimization) with minimum of 3 years experience working as a delivery engineer on GSM, WCDMA,LTE, and/or MPBN.
- Proven in depth experience in at least one technology/vendor,
- Experience in dimensioning for 3G networks.
- Experience in dimensioning for 2G networks.
- Experience in dimensioning for LTE networks.
- Experience with planning of ATM and IP networks.
- Knowledge of Microwave radios PDH, SDH, DWDM and MUX equipments
- Knowledge of ATM networks.
- Knowledge of IP networks (Routers and Switches);
- Experience in Pilot /Trial Projects.
- People leadership and motivation.
- English is Mandatory, advanced to fluent.
- Spanish is the local spoken language, a major plus.
- CCNA
- DCN System Knowledge will be a plus.
- Highly developed Customer and business orientation
- Highly developed Consultative skills
- Highly developed Communication skills
- Ability to work long hours and in shifts
