Ikerbasque Foundation

Ikerbasque, the Basque Foundation for Science, has opened the annual call for attracting 40 researchers to the Research Institutions in the Basque Country.

• Researchers with a solid research track, senior level and international research experience will be considered for permanent positions.
• Researchers who finished their PhD before January 2010 may apply to 5 years tenure-track contracts.
• Researchers with a permanent position in the Basque Country are not eligible under this call.
• Candidates can only apply to one of the annual Ikerbasque calls, Research Professors or Research Fellows.

Researchers from any field may apply. The Basque Country has an extensive network of competitive research centres in which Ikerbasque researchers are hosted.
