PA / Senior Administrator Cardno

An opportunity currently exists for a Personal Assistant / Senior Administrator to join our Buildings and Infrastructure team based in the Brisbane office.
In this role you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative services that support the business unit, as well as provide personal assistance to nominated senior employees.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Diary and calendar management of nominated senior employees
  • Management of telephone, mail and email correspondence
  • Credit card reconciliation and client feedback form entry
  • Timesheet administration including ensuring all timesheets are signed/approved
  • Coordination of meetings, conferences and functions, including making travel arrangements for business unit staff
  • Photocopy, bind, and word process correspondence, reports and other documents accurately and efficiently
  • Preparation of monthly business unit reports, including monthly performance graphs
  • Preparation of monthly fees summary and work in hand (WIP) schedule
  • Assist with the preparation of submissions, reports and contract documentation
  • Maintenance of capability statements and other marketing
  • Assist in the on boarding process for new starters as required
  • Record minutes of meetings
To be successful, you will have:
  • A Certificate of Business Administration (desirable)
  • Knowledge of engineering/professional services industry (desirable)
  • A minimum 3 years administration experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
  • Touch typing skills with a minimum of 60 wpm with 98% accuracy
  • Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills
  • The ability and desire to work autonomously without supervision
