OnStar Marketing - Intern 2012-SAL0002737 Subscriber Relationship Marketing Work with OnStar market research and Product/Segmentation teams to gather insights and data to support development of a sales and marketing strategy for key subscriber segments. Analyze past in-market tests, consumer/industry trends and benchmark related industries to support development of targeted promotions / recommendations. Work with cross functional groups (Call Center, Wireless, Marketing, and Finance) to develop recommendations and implementation plans for the targeted promotions. Product Marketing Understand current market dynamics and assist in the evaluation of potential new products/services Help frame and recommend the products/ services that OnStar should be employing in order to maximize growth and profit opportunities. Work cross-functionally throughout the OnStar organization to analyze data and extract meaningful insights that will drive the development of new products /services or provide insights into the management of existing products/services. Collaborate with numerous business partners (Advertising Agencies, Finance, Engineering, IT, Call Center Operations, etc.) to develop recommendations and implementation plans for products and services. Qualifications Seeking students currently working on an MBA degree with an emphasis in Marketing.
