Media Intelligence Manager, responsible of Development of Media strategy that marry content with a media context to address the communication objectives focused on consumer-based view of media and media principles

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Media Strategy Development:
Full development of media portfolio strategy and media plan that deploys recourses by making choices across all the paid media contact points based on where, when, and how the consumer meets the Brand, to address specific brand communication objectives as a part of the connection planning process that meets IMC objectives based on Company media principles:
• Reach and frequency
• Continuity vs flighting
• Media Mix
• Message quality
• Copy Management

IMarketing Strategy Development:
Development of Imarketing strategy that creates a dynamic personalized and 2 way dialogue with the consumer and shopper based on :
• Create content
• Broadcast a human voice
• Be always on passion areas

Media Negotiation Management:
Lead media partner’s negotiation strategy, ensuring media mix strategy accomplishment, media objectives, while driving productivity.

Media Agency Management:
Select, lead and manage Media and interactive agency partnership:
• Engage agencies (contract templates)
• Manage agencies (SOW Management and measurement)
• Audit agencies in collaboration with finance
• Compensate agencies (SOW deliverables/pay for performance)
• Evaluate agencies (evaluation approach/online tool)
• Integrate agencies in collaboration with IMC Manager
• Training agencies (on boarding and ongoing training)

Media Budget Management:
Management of media portfolio budget focused on 70-20-10 model conducting the right routines to ensure the right execution of the budget.

Media Negotiations:
Lead media partner’s negotiation strategy in collaboration with procurement ensuring media mix strategy accomplishment, media objectives, while driving productivity.

Media Internal Routines: Conduct internal process and routines media portfolio management:
• Investments (Budget, shifts, risk vs ops)
• Monthly Media meeting (Monthly revision on media plans)
• Post buy and competition report (quantitative and qualitative)

Reporting and tolls management:
Management of media reporting tools and reports

Communication Complexities
• BU / Region: Direct interaction with Business Unit and Region marketing Leaders with on-going working relationship with marketing teams and IMC/CE team across all business units.
• Agency Partners: Direct interaction and management of all creative & media, Digital, PR and Activations agencies (Creative / Account Mgmt / Production)
