MANAGER: EMPLOYMENT EQUITY & TRANSFORMATION

In this position, you will provide strategic guidance and direction on Total Company EE strategy, processes and policies designed to assist in complying with legislation (EEA, BBBEE, SDA) and meeting transformational outcomes. In doing so, you will also ensure that all activities support the broader business objectives of the organisation.


Key performance areas: • Develop a strategy for the achievement of the Employment Equity Plan • Manage the implementation of related activities for the achievement of EE objectives • Perform quarterly monitoring, analysis and preparation of Management reporting in compliance with EE • Build an awareness culture through training and relevant communication structures • Develop and implement specific programmes to ensure the promotion and awareness of EE-related items such as EE legislation, diversity management and gender advancement • Be responsible for legislative/regulatory reporting and compliance • Lead transformation initiatives within the company.


Requirements: • Relevant NQF 6 (360 credits on the 8 level framework) • Qualification in HR • Minimum of 5 years’ employment experience in EE and transformation management • Proven in-depth knowledge of related legislation and its application • Advanced computer literacy • Proven experience in EE regulatory reporting to DoL.
