Integration Engineer - Argentina

The candidate selected for this position will be part of Business Support Systems Competence Center team. He/she will be assigned to work inside our support organization, responsible for help our customer during the operation and maintenance phase of our solutions. Flexibility to work during non-traditional business hours is required.
This is a hands-on position. Candidate will perform troubleshooting on raised customer issues, system and software installations, analysis and tests in order to guarantee the operational excellence at ours customers. Also, he/she will work in multi-cultural environments and with some possibility of international assignments. Partial availability to travel is required.

Qualifications

Education and Languages:
- University degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in Telecom and/or IT.
- Fluency in English language is desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of GSM, GPRS, UMTS and CDMA.
- Technical background in BSS IT solutions for telecom operators in prepaid/charging area.
- Experience in BSS Solution Integration (Information Gathering & Analysis, Configuration and Tests).
- Expertise in UNIX/Solaris, Linux, Shell Script and SQL.
- Expertise in SS7 signaling protocols (via cable or SIGTRAN): MTP, ISUP, TCAP, SCCP, MAP (SMS, USSD, INAP).
- Expertise in data protocols: UCP, SMPP, RADIUS, DIAMETER, other.
- Expertise in protocol analyzers and traffic generators and data protocols SS7, MGTS, TTCN.
- Expertise in Tuxedo, Web Logic, Jolt.
- High involvement with customers.
