IELTS Systems Support Officer Based London

Salary: £18,800 per annum plus London Market Allowance of £3,300 per annum

IELTS is currently taken by around 1.5 million candidates around the world each year. The British Council delivers the IELTS test globally through a network of British Council offices, and independent test centres, typically universities or language schools

We are currently looking for a systems support officer who will help support the use of a range of British Council IELTS systems and the related support resources. An important element of this role will be managing existing web based support solutions, and contributing to the understanding and development of different user and customer journeys.

You are likely to have an understanding some experience of project management along with some experience of using and contributing to the development of support systems. Experience of using content management systems such as Drupal will be an important part of what you bring to this post. You are also a strong team player who can be relied upon to meet deadlines.

The post holder will be a key member of a friendly, professional team of colleagues in the UK and abroad.
