HWS Operations Coordinator & SAP Key User

Provides logistics/DSN expertise in assigned programs or projects in order to ensure that the products/results can be delivered in the most cost-efficient way and demand/supply network requirements are fulfilled.



Keeps up knowledge of relevant content, processes, regulations and principles and implements them proactively in programs and projects. Participates in development and implementation of new tools, processes and business capabilities. Creates and maintains instructions and documents processes in own responsibility area. Transfers know-how to affected groups by consulting, supporting, training and communicating. Responds to client requests in non-standard and complex situations. Supports and coaches other team members in various business situations.



Establish, manage and improve a Customer driven end-to-end supply chain for spare parts and repairs, including reverse logistics, in cooperation with HWS Operations Manager.
Coordinate HWS operations and provide local support to Customer Account Teams, CARE representatives and end Customers.
Support start up and implementation of selected Logistic Service Provider (LSP).
Provide 1st level support to LSPs for systems and process related issues, including training.
Main support and coordination to LSP.
Set-up Operations for new services contracts such as but not limited to Spare Part Management and Multi Vendor Spare Part Management including inventory management controls.
Feedback and control point for service performance and quality towards HWS internal and external customers.
Develop, create, streamline and distribute reports related to process metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for internal and external purposes, including LSPs’.
Process improvement, streamlining and development.
Continuous inventory optimization and planning keeping high service performance and contract conformance
Development and maintenance of high quality and up to date user manuals and standard operating procedures.
Manage commissioning and retrofit processes in cooperation with HWS Operations Manager.
Main counterpart for Customer Account Teams in commissioning and retrofit issues.
Support global Operational Model Deployment. Support HWS Managers and Customer Account Teams in Customer Interface for operational issues.
Support the identification of system solutions for new services.
Support SAP deployment according to schedule.
Support regular system data cleaning activities.
Support NSN period end reporting activities providing Cost Of Sales to financial controllers.
Prepare invoice base and send Customer invoices.
Coordinate cost recharging process, cost bookings and check LSP invoice content according to guidelines.
Provide needed information and support for Customs’ clearance and local regulation activities.
