SALARY: £50-£59,000pa+ pension and benefits

A new strategy. Bold ambitious goals. New management structure. Plans to significantly increase our funds over the next 5 years. We have all these. Now, we need brilliant and experienced senior fundraisers to add power to our battle against poverty.

You will lead a team of 15 responsible for ActionAid’s existing financial supporters and therefore the bulk of ActionAid’s income, protecting it and increasing its value. This role is at the heart of ActionAid’s fundraising programme as the caretaker of the financial supporter journey. Your wide ranging individuals fundraising experience at a senior level, exceptional analysis skills, solid direct marketing background along with great people management ability will make you right for this role.
