End Water Poverty, Campaigns Advisor

Based in Vauxhall, London, UK
Salary £35,153 per annum, pro rata

In this new role, and for one year only, you'll be working as an Advisor for End Water Poverty campaign members around the world to ensure we make the most of our membership of the Sanitation and Water for All partnership.

You'll be at the heart of the campaign to reverse the political neglect of water and sanitation, which has led to the current crisis. It's a shocking fact that today nearly 900 million people do have clean drinking water and 2.6 billion don't have sanitation.

You'll have knowledge of international processes, be politically savvy, have strong interpersonal skills, love to travel and have the bundles of energy needed to bring about change.

You'll have an action-packed year starting with a High Level Governmental meeting in Washington, and moving on to work with many national campaigners to enable us to make the most of our position in the Partnership, and engage civil society.

At the end of the year you will see the difference you have made internationally and nationally in enabling civil society to hold their governments to account and see results in increased priority given to Water and Sanitation, and you will have set up great ways for campaigners to keep working together in the future.

Our ambition is massive. We need you to help us deliver it. If you bring your expertise, your passion and professionalism, we'll give you a lot back.
