The Role University of London Computer Centre (ULCC) is looking for a dynamic E-Learning Support Officer to join its expanding e-learning team. You will provide first line support to the customers of ULCC E-learning services. This will include creating support documentation and training materials, assisting with the maintenance and development of the service, maintaining records of customers and producing reports on the service’s performance.

Requirements You will have experience of supporting the use of technology in delivery of learning. Alongside experience of using e-learning tools as a teacher and administrator, in particular you will have in-depth knowledge of Moodle and an awareness of recent developments. Having the ability to work flexibly both with others and on your own initiative, you will have excellent communication skills in both technical and teaching environments.

About The Department University of London Computer Centre (ULCC) develops and implements the IT strategy for the central University. This involves providing office applications on 1,400 PCs, operating more than 40+ servers and maintaining a high performance local network for specialist institutions across several locations. ULCC also supports over 50,000 distance learning students in association with the University of London International Programmes. Furthermore, internet access is provided to 3,500 students in the intercollegiate Halls.
