Customer Care Manager Putney, London

VSO UK is looking for a committed customer care manager to lead a team of 5 co-ordinators. You should be a strong team leader with experience of financial and data processing. You will be managing the team through a time of change so experience of redesigning processes and systems will also be helpful.

Key skills required:

• Team management and development
• Financial processing experience
• Data literacy and commitment to data quality
• Strong customer service ethos
• Resource and budget management experience
• Good grasp of process development.
