Consultant to develop Better Care Network Toolkit CD Rom

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, is now seeking an individual/organisation to develop a CD-ROM or flash drive based version of the comprehensive web based Better Care Toolkit, allowing field-based practitioners, in particular in low-resource settings, to have ready access to the library of tools, guidance and manuals through a CD-ROM or flash drive version.

Qualification:

The successful candidate and/or institution will be able to demonstrate skills in:
• Proven experience in developing IT resources and tools for users with limited IT skills
• Proven experience and expertise in developing CD-ROM or flash drive versions.
• Proven familiarity with non-governmental organizations and UN agencies, a plus.
