Connection Planning Executive Thailand

Connection Planning Executive, responsible of Conduct internal routines and internal procedures within the connection planning execution process, ensuring the right implementation of the connection agenda and tracking results, while complied with internal policies and procedures.
Responsible of reporting executional data in internal and external tools as well as budget detailed reports development

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Reporting Management: Development of detail reports to support the decision making process of the organization:
• DMI and executional reports
• IMC Tracker input data
• MVA and DMI selector input data
• Productivity reports

Evaluation Management: Development of evaluation analysis in order to ensure the efficiency and the right investment recommendation considering qualitative and quantitative elements:
• Marketing assets acquisitions
• Sponsorships
• Third parties Partnerships

Management routines: Responsible of Conduct internal routines within the connection planning execution process, ensuring the right implementation of the connection agenda and tracking results:
• Monthly Message routine
• Monthly Media routine
• Budget and investment

Complied internal process and procedures: Responsible to ensure the right comply with the procedures in the connection planning execution in collaboration with Finance and Legal Direction.
• Contract analysis and authorization process
• Procurement process POs and specific formats
• Procurement analysis

Executional Management:
Responsible to ensure the right materials and content it’s in place for the right execution of the connection plan collaborating internally with connection planning team and agencies.

Communication Complexities

• Region: Direct interaction with IMC, Brand and finance team in terms of reporting, conducting meetings and evaluation results.
• Agency Partners: Direct interaction with agency partners during the detailed execution process.
